Kickstarter de The Name of the Wind

Quedan pocos días, pero quizá os interesa saber que Patrick Rothfuss ha vuelto a organizar un Kickstarter para conseguir un mazo de cartas de El Nombre del Viento.

El poker no es lo mío, pero hay que reconocer que las imágenes de las cartas son preciosas.

No es la primera vez que el autor se embarca en un proyecto similar, así que se supone que la experiencia fue buena.

Anunciada la publicación de Middlegame

En Tor.com han anunciado la publicación de una nueva novela de Seannan McGuire para la primavera del 2019, que se titulará Middlegame.

Como todavía falta mucho para que salga el libro, no hay muchos datos al respecto, pero cuando oyes términos como historia de amistad, familia, dioses y vida frente a la muerte… pues el hype sube, ¿no?

Orbit publicará una nueva trilogía de Django Wexler

Orbit acaba de anunciar la adquisición de una nueva trilogía de fantasía épica escrita por Django Wexler, más conocido por sus libros de la serie Shadows Campaigns.

Aunque los libros no se publicarán hasta 2019, aquí tenéis un pequeño adelanto de lo que será la historia:

Gyre and his sister Fiera were torn from each other when they were children. Twelve years later, they will meet again as enemies. Trained in the ways of the Order, Fiera believes the only way to keep the world safe is to eliminate all traces of the forbidden blood magic that almost destroyed civilization many centuries ago. But Gyre, a mercenary on the lawless frontier, seeks out the lost arts to break free of the Order’s domination and release mankind from the dead hand of the past.  As the tensions across the country rise, not even the ties of blood will keep these two siblings from splitting the world apart.
