Nalo Hopkinson ha recibido el premio Butler Memorial en una ceremonia celebrada el día 8 de marzo. Este premio es un reconocimiento a las contribuciones de impacto al mundo de la ciencia ficción, la fantasía y la ficción especulativa, con el espíritu y la convicción demostrada por la propia Octavia E. Butler.
Neal Stephenson gana el premio Robert A. Heinlein
El escritor Neal Stephenson es el ganador del premio Robert A. Heinlein 2018, destinado a trabajos publicados en ciencia ficción o escritos técnicos que inspiren la exploración humana del espacio.

Hoy nos salimos un poco de la tónica habitual del blog para informar de la publicación del manual de rol de Powder Mage, un juego basado en el mundo creado por Brian McClellan, del que podéis ver reseñas por aquí.

Ya tenemos aquí la que será portada de la nueva entrega de The Laundry Files de Charles Stross. Tendrá como nombre The Labyrinth Index y ha sido diseñada por Crush Creative y Ellen Rockell. Esta novela va a ser la novena entrega de la serie y trae una sinopsis suculenta:
