When Nicky sees the Bells\u2019 trove of Chinese art, she sets her sights on a much larger prize than tuition fees, and convinces herself she\u2019s reclaiming stolen cultural treasure, not just committing petty theft.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>But Nicky might not be the only predator in the house. At night, the manor\u2019s byzantine hallways lead her astray. Strange visions plague her waking hours. The local townspeople look past her as if she\u2019s already a ghost, even as the eyes of the Bell patriarch devour her every move.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Nicky realizes that quitting might not be as simple as waltzing out the front door.
