In Dendra death is an honour. The young are raised with one purpose: to die willingly before the Blood God in a rite of devotion.

Ashara was never meant to want anything beyond death… until Demetri. Stolen touches in the dark, kisses under fading light, and a promise to indulge in a night of sin before they are sacrificed to the Blood God.

But that vow was made before the acolytes. Before the inquisition. Before the penance.

Estranged for eight years after a brutal penance leaves them both shamed and scarred, Ashara and Demetri reunite in the Grand Templum, mere hours before they are sentenced to die.

Ashara nunca hab\u00eda deseado nada m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la muerte… hasta que conoci\u00f3 a Demetri. Caricias robadas en la oscuridad, besos bajo la luz menguante y la promesa de entregarse a una noche de pecado antes de ser sacrificados al Dios de la Sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero ese voto se hizo ante los ac\u00f3litos. Ante la Inquisici\u00f3n. Antes de la penitencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Separados durante ocho a\u00f1os tras una brutal penitencia que los deja avergonzados y marcados, Ashara y Demetri se reencuentran en el Gran Templum, apenas unas horas antes de ser condenados a muerte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero el Templum comienza a resquebrajarse. Cuando un druida aparece asesinado, el \u00daltimo Rito se convierte en una feroz b\u00fasqueda de respuestas, y pronto Ashara deber\u00e1 decidir: seguir siendo el sacrificio o convertirse en la ira…<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
